Our rates are £48 per dog, per 24 hours. This is a fixed rate with no hidden costs for extras, such as walks, baths, grooming, laundry and medication as we believe this is part of a dogs daily routine, even if they do get extra muddy on our walks.

We also have a daily rate of £32 when you need that extra time. For example, if your dog checks in at 9am on Friday and you would like to collect Monday afternoon or evening, the Monday will be charged at a day rate of £32. We do not believe in charging for the full 24 hours when not used, however a late collection prevents us from checking in other guests that day.

We do not offer discount for long term bookings as we limit the number of our guests to keep it safe and personal.

We do however offer a discount of £5 a day for additional siblings from the same family; for example, it would be £48 for one dog then £43 per 24 hours for each sibling

It is a minimum of 2-night stay during the week.

It is a minimum of 3-night stay on the weekends and we request dogs check in on a Friday.

Longer term bookings, which are over 3 days, can check in Saturday and Sunday, however this is subject to availability and will need to be discussed at the time of booking.

Guests can stay as long as they like. We have regular guests who stay up to 6 weeks at any one time; it just makes it harder for us to say our goodbyes when they do eventually go home.

Arrival times do vary according to the seasons (see below); however, collection can be as late as you require all year round (subject to availability).

During Autumn and Winter, we request guests check in between 9.00 – 10.00am. Day light hours are restricted and we like to take guests out for a walk, as it helps settle them in. They often get wet and muddy, therefore need time for a warm bath and groom too.

During Spring and Summer, arrival times can be slightly flexible as we are able to walk guests in the lighter, cooler evenings. This will need to be discussed at the time of booking.

I will only check guests in and out one at a time, therefore arrival and collection times are subject to bookings we may already have at the time of your enquiry.

Our rates are £32 per day for day care. This is a fixed rate with no hidden costs for collection, drop off and baths when required. We request payment is made in advance by the 1 ^st of every month. 

Your dog will be collected by 9.30am and dropped home by 5pm (this may vary slightly if unforeseen traffic occurs)

Day Care is provided Monday – Friday, term times only.

We offer a discount of £5 a day for additional siblings from the same family; for example, it would be £32 for one dog then £27 for each sibling, per day.

Distances will need to be discussed on an individual basis as we do not wish for dogs to be travelling for long periods of time.
